Step two of your care

Your results,explained

A lab report on its own does not give you answers. I find the imbalances in your results and explain what they mean, in words that make sense.

From kit to clarity, step by step

  1. 01

    You complete your testing

Most kits, like hormone and gut testing, arrive at your door with clear instructions and are done comfortably at home. If blood work is needed, you take the lab requisition form I give you to your local lab for a quick draw.

  2. 02

I study your results before we meet

Results usually take 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes sooner. We reach out to schedule your Lab Review appointment as soon as they are ready. Before we meet, I go through everything carefully, looking at the patterns, not just individual numbers.

  3. 03

    Your 60-minute Lab Review appointment

We sit down together for 60 minutes and go through all of your results in detail. I explain which imbalances are present and why they explain how you have been feeling, in plain language. You will never be handed a confusing report and left to figure it out alone.

  4. 04

    You finally have your answers

This is where you finally learn why you feel the way you do. Once we know the root causes and hormone imbalances behind your symptoms, we know what to do about them, and that becomes the foundation of your wellness plan.

What your testing can look at

The exact testing is chosen together in your consult, based on your symptoms and history. These are the areas it commonly covers.

Hormones

Comprehensive hormone testing such as DUTCH, showing estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and how they are being metabolized.

Thyroid

A full thyroid panel, not just a single marker, because partial testing is one reason so many women are told everything looks normal.

Blood sugar and nutrients

Fasting insulin, glucose, HbA1c, vitamin D, iron, and other nutrient levels that shape energy, mood, and hormones.

Gut health

Gut microbiome, leaky gut, parasites, and worms, which often sit behind bloating and hormone symptoms.

Inflammation and food sensitivities

Hidden inflammation and food sensitivities that can keep symptoms going even when you eat well.

Toxins

Mold and heavy metals, which can quietly affect hormones, energy, and how you feel day to day.

What happens next

Once you understand what is out of balance, we build your care plan: a clear, practical path for food, lifestyle, and targeted supplements.
