These terms govern your use of this website and our services. Please read them with care.
The nature of our services
Eila Rain Functional Health provides educational and supportive wellness services, including the Hormone Mastery Membership and personalized one on one wellness support. These services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not create a doctor patient relationship. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider about any medical condition or before making changes to medications or treatment.
Membership and billing
Hormone Mastery is coming soon and is not open for enrollment. Joining the waiting list is not a purchase or a guarantee of membership access or founding pricing. When enrollment opens, the regular rate will be $97/month and the upcoming founding-member rate will be $47/month. Founding members will keep their $47/month rate for as long as their membership stays active without canceling. If you cancel, that rate will not be retained. Membership will be billed monthly at the price shown when you enroll and will renew until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Membership materials, including videos, guides, meal plans and recorded calls, will be for your personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
Booking and cancellations
Consults and sessions are scheduled through Practice Better and are subject to the scheduling and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Please review those terms when you book.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking or joining, to use the site and services lawfully, and to treat other members with respect in any community space or live call. We may remove access for anyone whose behavior is harmful to other members.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and inside the membership, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and handouts, belongs to Eila Rain Functional Health and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.
Results and expectations
Every body is different. We share approaches that have helped many women, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eila Rain Functional Health is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Your use of the information provided is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always live on this page, and continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
