Eila Rain Functional Health

Everyone iswelcome here

Hormone symptoms show up in every kind of woman. This page is our promise that your body, your history, and your identity are not something you have to explain or defend before you get care.

Who this space is for

We work with people navigating hormonal and midlife health changes. If you recognize yourself in any of the lines below, you belong here.

  • People with uteruses, ovaries, and hormonal cycles, at any stage, from first periods through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
  • Women of every age, including those whose symptoms arrived early or late.
  • People of every body size and shape, because your weight is not your diagnosis.
  • People of every skin color, ethnicity, culture, religion, and language.
  • Lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, trans, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming people who need hormone care.
  • Disabled and chronically ill people, and people whose symptoms are invisible to other clinicians.
  • People who have been dismissed, talked over, or told that everything looks normal.
  • People who are not sure what their symptoms mean yet and simply want to be heard.

What we promise you

You will be believed

If something feels off to you, that is information worth taking seriously. We start from your experience and then look for what explains it.

No one gets lectured about their body

You will not be told to lose weight before you are allowed care, and you will not be shamed for what you eat, drink, or how much you sleep.

You set the pace

You choose what to share, how much testing feels right, and which steps you actually want to take. Nothing is forced on you.

Plain language, always

We explain what we find and why it matters in words you can use. If a term is unfamiliar, ask and we will say it differently.

Making care practical for you

Accommodations

If you need longer sessions, written summaries, captioned calls, a quieter space, appointments at a certain time, or anything else that would make care work for you, tell us and we will do our best to arrange it.

Names and pronouns

Tell us the name and pronouns you want us to use and we will use them, in your records and in conversation.

Language and interpretation

If you would like to bring a family member, partner, or interpreter to an appointment, you are welcome to do so. Let us know in advance so we can plan for it.

Cost should not be the reason you leave

If pricing becomes a barrier, say so. There are ways we can try to keep you supported rather than lose you.

If any of this sounds like you

Come as you are. A free consult is the easiest way to find out whether working together feels right, and nothing about it commits you to anything.
