How it works, step by step
- 01
Book your free Zoom consult
Choose a time that suits you using the booking link. Your complimentary health consult is a 45-minute video call on Zoom. There is no credit card involved and nothing about it commits you to working together.
Your part: Pick a quiet spot where you can talk openly about how you have been feeling.
- 02
Fill in a short health check form
Before we meet, I send you a short health check form with a few basic questions about your health concerns and symptoms. It means our time together is spent on you, not on paperwork.
Your part: Note the two or three things that bother you most: sleep, energy, bloating, mood, or your cycle.
- 03
We talk, and I listen
On our call we go through what you are experiencing and what your body has been telling you. You can ask anything. There is no judgment and no rush.
Your part: Bring your questions, even the ones you feel silly asking. Those are often the important ones.
- 04
We decide on testing together
Based on your story, I recommend the testing that will actually answer your questions, and I share every price with you upfront. Most kits, like hormone and gut testing, are mailed to your door and done at home. If you need blood work, I give you a lab requisition form to take to your local lab, and the results come straight to me.
Your part: Nothing is ordered without your say so. You stay in charge of every step.
What testing costs
Each test is usually about $500, and we usually need 1 to 3 tests to get all the answers we need to find the real hormone imbalances or root causes. I tell you the exact price of every test before anything is ordered, so you always know what you are agreeing to.
Lab prices are set, so the only decision is which labs fit your symptoms. Nothing is ordered without your say so.
Common questions
Is the consult really free?
Yes. It is a genuine 45-minute conversation about what is going on for you and whether working together makes sense. There is no obligation attached.
Do I need to live in Gainesville?
No. Everything happens by Zoom and at-home testing, so I work with women anywhere in the U.S., including Florida, and in Europe.
How much does it cost?
Each test is usually about $500, and most women need 1 to 3 tests to get the full picture. Lab prices are set, so we simply decide together which labs fit your symptoms, and I share every price with you before anything is ordered. You will never be surprised by a bill or fee.
What if I have already been told my labs are normal?
That is exactly who this is for. Normal ranges and optimal ranges are not the same thing, and the consult is where we start looking deeper.
What happens next
After your consult and testing, we sit down with your results together and I explain what they mean in plain language.
